We at Floor4orce Dance Academy aim to provide for our students, as many of these benefits in each of our classes as possible and hope that students are able to carry some of these through to help with everyday life. 

Our teachers are passionate about their profession and genuinely care about you, the student. We love to encourage and motivate you and pass on the knowledge that we have learned from being a dancer, student and performer ourselves.

Through team work and providing opportunities to build friendships as well as working towards goals like exams, competitions and displays dance can really help with promoting a healthy relationship with yourself as well as others. It helps boost confidence and can advance your awareness and mindfulness as you learn about how your body moves and the space around you. It is also a fantastic and fun stress relief, there’s nothing like escaping into your dance world from just about anything in life.

Dance offers an excellent cardiovascular workout boosting your heart and lung fitness as well as increasing muscular strength and tone. It can also advance endurance and motor skills and helps keep bones strong reducing the risk of osteoporosis. It is also a great platform to attain better coordination, agility and flexibility.
