Tap

Upbeat and fun our Tap classes offer a great cardio workout whilst building strength in the legs and feet and increasing flexibility in the hips, knee’s and ankle’s. On top of this, learning and dancing our varied styles of Tap routines can really boost and advance your skills in rhythm and timing.

Lyrical

Our ever popular Lyrical classes are a combination of ballet and Jazz dance where the lyrics of our chosen song are used to inspire our choreography.Prepare to fully sink into your emotions, explore new ranges of movements and express yourself through fluid yet controlled choreography.

Jazz

Up beat, energetic andfun! Prepare to sweat with this fast paced class and stylised routines. A great class to lose yourself in the music and just have fun! Classes incorporate kicks, turns, leaps and lots of fun travelling combo’s.

Acro Dance

If you enjoy getting upside down, then this is the class for you! From cartwheels to handstands, to walkovers, to Ariel’s, this class covers it all and more! Acro Dance classes incorporate lots of fitness, flexibility and strength drills as they are designed to train dancers equally in strength and Flexibility. This equality between strength and flexibility allows our students to progress and advance efficiently and safely through each of their skills. What you learn to achieve in this class is not only incredibly fun, it’s massively rewarding!

Street Dance

Prepare to unleash your attitude! Possibly one of the most fun cardiovascular workouts available, Street Dance is high energy, highly stylised and super fun! Originality is highly encouraged in this class as you begin to develop your own style.So let loose and learn bounce to your own beat with our foundation classes which cover many styles of street dance including locking, popping and house.
